At no point in Castillo's career was he a better fighter than Dawson is now, none.

Furthermore if you believe Castillo is 1 of the top fighters on Floyd's resume, that says how weak that resume is.

Floyd is deep in his career and in his 5th divsion. Most guys have no fear when they are in there prime weight class, e****ally when you are making a guy like Dawson come down to your exact weight. Would Floyd fear anyone at SFW? Thats why the argument makes no sense
If Ward beats Dawson, his Top 3 wins are better than Mayweather's Is is possible to read that without laughing?

Ward's career thus far is comparable to Mayweather's 130 run.

Oh, and don't forget beating Froch and Kessler is equal to beating Barrera and Marquez for Pacquaio

Bush, Castillo was the best at that weight. Dawson is not the best at 168. I think for you to assume Dawson, moving down 7 lbs, will be the exact same fighter is a stretch.

Would ward be ward at 160?

Castillo is the greatest Lightweight of the last era.

Ward doesn't have a win on his record that is better than Mayweather's over Castillo.

Castillo may have been the best of that era, in a week era. I do believe that Dawson said he'd fight at 168 because he can make it comfortably, if not, then it'll be like Pacman/Oscar & have to be removed from one of Wards best win.

All assuming of course that he even wins it to begin with.

This thread is simply too premature Bush. Let Ward win and lets see how Chad looks 1st. Either way, to imply that Chad at 168 is better than 2 Castillo wins, however controversial one is, is an agenda driven opinion.

To have Castillo so high as on Floyd's best win is crazy. Considering the fact that he was ko'd 4 times in Mexico against fringe, never heard of fighters prior to fighting Floyd.
