i think cotto could beat hatton.. hatton fights dirty and has alot of openings i think if cotto lands the right it is over. as for floyd yea your right i think cotto is not ready for him yet but rememeber anything could happen in a fight
hatton has a great chin tho
idk, whatever, i just wanna see ONE of these fights everyone is talking about
The only time he was "down" was when he slipped in one fight.

I wouldn't say that he has been rocked by people that are "light punchers". He was rocked by torres(a very hard puncher 28-1-26) and demarcus corley who caught him on the temple, Oh and Cotto was not knocked down in that fight by the way. If you can remember anyone else who rocked him, let me know. Who hasn't been rocked in their career? I agree that he needs to protect himself better. He has great boxing skills and should use them more frequently instead of trying to brawl with certain fighters.
Can you just say maybe Cotto is not as great as he was being hyped up to be?
I would say that he is young and it is still early to tell whether or not he will be "that good". I do think that the spotlight was put on him very early. We see his flaws because he is in the learning stage of his career. I am not sure if he will be a "great Puerto Rican boxer" but I know from what he has shown he has the potential, he has plenty of potential.

Damn, any chance you get to bring Roy into a thread. You're a Roy nuthugger. Everyone knows he ain't got no chin. Look at my sig, remember when that Brit alcoholic guy KO'd him? ****, that hurt!
That's where it should be kept at... "potential", not talking about the next Puerto Rican great like so many have done.
