Obviously Bailey is not in the drivers seat even though he is the champ. It's Alexander's TV date, so if Bailey decides to fight on a undercard for short money, so be it. The guy is 39 and is not known outside the boxing world. He and his team failed at promoting him as he was comming up. Alexander fights at home because he and his team worked to build a fan base. In case a few idiots dont get, asses in seats is a major part of the revenue to pay PRIZE FIGHTERS.Comment

Bailey needs to sell to the highest bidder, He doesnt have to fight devon straight away, He can alway take an easy fight and see if Brooks comes to the table with a better offer.
This is his opportunity to make a massive pay and he has to look at every other avenue before agreeing to a suitable one, agreeing to fight devon makes him look easy to negotiate with.Comment

C'mon, it should be alright, you know you aint winning by UD Bailey, there won't be a robbery since he's going to box your ass off. Just take it when the contract arrives and try to KTFO of Devon, you know hometown decisions won't be a factor even it favors him, it's really just him boxing you off or you putting him to slumber.Comment

Problem with that though is he does seem one of the most beatable champs out there.Bailey needs to sell to the highest bidder, He doesnt have to fight devon straight away, He can alway take an easy fight and see if Brooks comes to the table with a better offer.

I'm sure there are 20+ top welters who fancy the job. That must weaken his position.Comment
