Should be but I think Hearns has stated they're taking one other fight first.

If Bailey lands a similar amount of shots that Jones did, Brook's going to sleep.

I'd fancy Brooks chances in this though, assuming he actually learns from that Jones fight and makes the right changes/adjustments.

To be fair, if Brook done the same thing to Bailey as he did against Jones he would have stopped him in 3 or 4 rounds I reckon.

Good for Bailey, he deserves a better fight than Devon anyway. Especially fighting Devon in St. Louis. Bailey vs Josesito Lopez or even Andre Berto would be a more entertaining fight. And you could argue both have a better resume at WW than Devon.

Bailey can't draw 500 people to come see him fight in his hometown. So who's going to fly to Vegas for his fights ? NOBODY!!!!!

Although I think Bailey has a punchers chance but this fight should take place somewhere neutral. Obviously Bailey ain't gonna be the draw, however Devon Alexander and his promoter should be able to do this.

Devon fights in his hometown because he's one of the very few black fighters in the entire country who can draw 10,000 plus in his hometown for a prizefight. Bailey is the champ, so his people need to negotiate the judges and gate money...If he can do that successfully, do it in The 'Lou. If it makes dollars, it makes sense.
