Lara trains there too plus a lot of Mexicans in Texas.

NSB will continue to whine and complain about Canelo-Mayorga (and Canelo in general) up until the fight when he puts a beating on Mayorga worse than Cotto did. Alvarez-Cotto will then be announced... Criticism about his opposition will cease then predictions of Cotto knocking the kid's block off will start until Canelo demonstrates his caliber dominating Cotto...
Umm Mayorga gave Cotto a fight for 12 rounds? All I remeber was Mayorga taunting Cotto (the only thing hes good for) then proceeding to get his ass whooped after every taunt. He would respond with wild swinging and haymakers and miss most of it.

Are people really this dumb on these forums? Neither Cotto nor Mayweather would take a fight on the same date as Chavez-Martinez cause they would be losing money.

would still be a good fight but i dunno bout it being some huge history-making fight.
I think the History part will be bringing Boxing back to Network TV CBS... something along those lines

I would have preferred Kirkland at 100%. If it's him it's cause they offered him more money to fight through the injury. I just think that that's ****ed up of golden boy. Either way Kirkland will still be dangerous albeit handicapped.

I bet if Canelo knocked Kirkland out in 1 round you would still say he gets 0 credit and infact he's a bum for fighting a semi injured Kirkland

It can't be Lara because the WBC ordered the Lara vs. Vanes eliminator for the right to face Canelo.

I think its Kirkland who's from Texas. Maybe GB plans on bidding on the Lara vs. Vanes purse bid and doing a doubleheader although that's just pure speculation on my part.
