I dont think that nishioka is better than rigo...he is past his prime at 35. He got ko by a guy that couldn't thru a punch to rigo...yhe problem is that rigo cant prove himself cuz nobody want to fight him

Tell that to the biased fans who think Donaire has to fight everyone but none of them have to fight each other. Today on boxingscene Nishioka said he would fight Mares. Rigo could also fight Nishioka.

I havent read any of the articles yet. Just went straight to the comments. That's good news but after seeing some of the post fight pictures with Donaire and Nishioka, I have no doubt that fight gets made next. I wish GBP and TR would work together to make Mares and Rigo.

I'd also be interested in seeing Rigo-Arce.

why are you guys believe rigondeaux has a good chance against nonito? the guy has only 10 fights...nonito has 30 fights and has fought the likes of darchinyan, montiel and vazquez...the cuban has fought nobody in boxing...rigo is not even in montiel's class...

Look...i think that cuz u said that nonito have 30 fights..rigo has 400 amateurs fights..he is two times wold amateur champion. Two times olimpic champion..6 times Cuban champion. And belive me to be Cuban champion you have to be good..cuz the worst in there is 2000 times better than matebula..i saw in Cuba for years fights rigo good tecnical guys..this dude is a machine..there no way he loose anytime soon..but he will ne ignored for a wile here..because the ones who call himself champions first said that they will colect all the belts but rigo have one sooooo..better 3 out of 4 now

Rigo arce i think is not a good mach out..arce thru many punches and he let himself open to a strong rigo counter..he wont last a round..arce is not bad but styles make fights

Not if Rigo doesn't call them out. Rigo called Donaire out didn't he? Both Top Rank, Rigo has one of the belts Donaire needs, Rigo is consider one of the best if not the best (Nishioka being the other) and not just by me but many people on these forums. And I think to call Nishioka the best at this point while Rigo and Mares are in the division is not true. The guy is 35 and his time is running short. Altho I still think his chances of beating them are still pretty good but not too sure after a long layoff.
