Bradley beats pacman convincingly in a rematch

Rounds are not scored in 1 min segments. A minute is plenty to catch up with 2 mins of marginal work. Heck seconds may do.Here is the thing, you can diss Tim's game and say he didn't land effective punches but there were times where Pacquiao wouldn't do a thing for the first 2 minutes of some rounds, whether Bradley didn't do anything conclusive or not is beneath the point as he was actually going to work. At no point in the fight did Bradley take his foot off the gas, none whatsoever. Just because Pacquiao landed some good shots here and there does not mean that was enough to give him the round, it's almost as if people are forgetting boxing is scored on a round by round basis/ 3 minutes a round. I still can't see how anyone could give Manny rounds 1,2,10,11,12 or tell me that rounds 7 and 9 couldn't have gone to Tim.Comment

That's a good point.
Bradley had his moments but he struggled to really do anything of significance in most rounds apart from the last few rounds.
The majority of "close" rounds (to a degree), Pacquaio would land the harder, cleaner and more effective punches in every round. Hard to give those rounds to Bradley.Comment

Was it a mistake on Pacquiao's part or is he no longer capable of fighting the full 3 minutes of a round. People need to stop saying that Pacquiao took his foot off the gas pedal or decided to take it easy in the first 2 minutes as it suggests he had a choice in the matter, in the later part of the fight he was visibly tired, he is now in a position where he needs to pace himself and fight in spurts.
I do believe that if Bradley fights him again he will win decisively based on what happened in the last 3 rounds. Unless Pacquiao makes changes to fighting style Bradley now has the blue print on what to do, it should theoretically be like riding a bicycle or swimming after you've already learnt it.Comment

I don't see how round 7 was a clear round for Manny that was actually the round Lampley used to expose the judges, but what ended up happening was...many then saw that round for Tim. There was a thread on this,

No matter what way you want to spin it Bradley looked really bad that fight. The whole fight Bradley looked lost in the ring. However bad you wanna say Pac looked bad in that fight (personally I thought he put on a good performance) Bradley looked MUCH worse.Comment

I may be getting mixed up. I'm going off memory.
I know I scored the round for Pacqauio though.
I scored all of rounds 3-9 for Pacquaio.Comment

I highly doubt it. Bradley had two game-plans going for him in the first fight; boxing laterally like Marquez, and crowding him on the inside in spots, similar to what Morales did. He seemed too hesitant to come at Manny, who moved out of the way of his smothering quite easily, and was too far out of range to make his lateral movement count for anything. When you circle Manny, you have to lean as if you're going behind him (Marquez does this quite well, and Morales has pointed this out as a missing element many fighters lack when fighting Pacquiao.) Otherwise, you're not in range to throw, and Manny can just step right and get his lead foot on the outside. He neutralized Bradley's angle for the right hand all night, and I don't see him doing much different, especially against a Manny who will be focusing on a knockout win.Comment
