Will Martinez Fight The Golovkin/Pirog Winner After JCC?

Serious question. If him and Dibella try to ignore their significance after the Chavez fight and avoid facing the Golovkin/Pirog winner then Martinez deserves no respect. Martinez/Chavez winner vs Golovkin/Pirog winner determines MW supremacy in my eyes.

I don't see Geale beating Sturm but even if he manages to there is no way he will get the decision and he sure as hell isn't knocking Sturm out. Sturm will want no part of the winners mentioned above and will continue his disgraceful legacy in Germany.

    Thoughts?

After Golovkin destroys Pirog... no one and I mean a NO ONE will want to face him.

Then it's a duck, should be regarded as such and he relinquishes his status as MW Champion.

sure, but he's almost 40 and his skills and reflexes are eroding.
I don't blame him if he wants to cash out before it's too late.

Ideally I'd like to see the winners of these two fights fight each other after and for the losers to face each other as well, but I'm not sure either is too likely... Martinez hasn't shown much if any interest in fighting either Pirog or Golovkin in the past and as mentioned above me with his age and style likely to deteriorate soon because of it you can't blame him for trying to land one big money fight.

in an ideal world martinez would fight golovkin after he sparks out pirog. at his age i cant blame him too much for taking the biggest money fights though. he has built a solid legacy as a two weight titleholder, true MW champion and a top p4p fighter of his time. he hasnt made alot of money doing it though, again at his age i cant be mad at him for cashing out even though martinez vs GGG would be a great fight.

ofcourse if he doesnt fight the pirog-golovkin winner he will lose his status as MW champion and be demoted to titleholder in my eyes. its not impossible that he does fight GGG though, i mean who else is out there? if theres no big money fight martinez will fight him, hes not a ducker he just wants to get paid.

Martinez has other plans after the Chavez fight; namely, sitting in a rocking chair with an absent stare in his eye only speaking once or twice a week to say "Chavez, Chavez".

I have nothing to add about Sturm, that's how it is.
And as for respect part, it depends who Martinez goes after instead of GGG, or Pirog, if it's Canelo/Sturm-Gaele/Cotto then I'm fine with that, even though I'd also prefer to see the fight you're talking about.

Can I ask what makes you guys say golovkin will destroy pirog? I am a pirog fan but I would genuinely want to hear this.
