It used to be when a boxer got caught on dope then he would be put under a microscope now everyone is-_- drug testing is a much of deal breaker as who gets more money that's just ******.

Fact remains Manny is already on record for declining PED tests the then he recanted and wanted to go with another Vada style testing. It shouldn't matter WHO is doing the tests. why can't Manny step up and take them to make the fight, he's not the headliner, especially in his last fight he didn't even break 1 million.
