at least the other fighter will submit to testing and perhaps bribe his favorite testing agency to cover up any positive result and fool everyone to thinking that he wants to clean the sport is far more worse...by taking ped and uses cover-up tactic, by fooling everyone, by resorting to bribing......Pacman already agreed to random testing to any independent testing agency(VADA is an independent testing agency)except USADA which until now has not yet caught one...and Floyd only wants USADA....WOW
