“USADA Motions to Quash Pacquiao Subpoena of Mayweather, Jr Medical Records.”

Late Wednesday night I received information that the United States Anti-Doping Association had filed a motion in Colorado District Court to “quash production subpoena” of Floyd Mayweather, Jr.'s medical records. The subpoena came from Manny Pacquiao’s lawyers after Mayweather, Jr. counter-sued Pacquiao for defamation. Team Pacquiao is requesting all relevant medical records pertaining to the three fights Mayweather used USADA testing in. The motion is attempt to deny Team Pacquiao those medical records.

Just a bit of editorializing, but in light of the release of the drug test results for Mayweather vs. Miguel Cotto via press release, this seems odd. If every result is negative, why not release the medical data supporting the press released results?[/B][/B][/B]

berto, Peterson, Tarver, Wright(samples thrown by USADA to cover drugs usage),roy jones, Mosley, Hopkins, james toney ,holyfield, Olubamiwo(self-confessed) were all caught taking PEDS.....these were all black fighters....Floyd will be next if he dumps USADA and replace it with VADA...However, Floyd is very wise...He will stay with his personal choice USADA forever.....Floyd allergic to VADA.....

VADA = caught two boxers of taking illegal substance this year.
CSAIC - urine testing = caught 1 this year.
NSAIC - urine testing = caught 3 since last year.
USADA = caught none this year and even in previous years....

do you think USADA has a better performance than the three testing agency????this is why Floyd loves USADA very much.....

Question: Did all those agencies test all the same fighters? How about some fighters get caught and a lot don't?

It's funny, but how come we don't hear The Pacman demanding VADA testing now that it's catching boxers?

We don't hear about Pacquiao pushing for more stricter testing for his fights.

Interesting, one small question...so....Where are Manny's VADA's records of his past fights?

I mean considering he's the one leading the charge, I'm sure he takes all the necessary tests in ALL of his fights like peeing in a cup, drawing blood etc etc... I mean he's a pillar of honesty from what I've heard since coming back into the fold of our Lord Jesus Christ. This shouldn't be a problem.

Are you a racists, an ignoramus or both? What are you talking about? If you knew anything about boxing, you would know that ALL races of fighters test dirty ALL the time. These "black" fighters you mentioned are in the limelight because they are, or at least used to be, good fighters. I guess you don't remember when Vitali Klitschko and Cruz Carbajal were caught dirty? Do not care that JCC Jr. has not had a post-fight drug test in his last two fights? I advise you to be balanced when you post, otherwise you will look foolish. I am not calling you a fool, but I am saying that you are looking like one right now. Please explain your logic.
