I dont look at it that way BB mah homie. His corner stopped it, and he was out on his feet and wasnt able to protest it due to a field of cobwebs in his head. He didnt even know the fight was stopped when it was stopped.

Guys, if you've never boxed pro, then stop trying to tell us Ortiz quit. Garcia is not credible when it comes to fighting with a broken jaw. When Garcia breaks his jaw against a decent puncher, and doesn't quit, let me know. Ortiz was winning the fight. I think he was truly hurting. Some of you guys hate for Ortiz comes across phony as hell, lmao. Stop it!

Yup, especially when your ahead on the cards and how important this fight was. Plus Ortiz was much more powerful and fresher at that point of the fight. Ortiz could have cruised that last three rounds and then use the jaw excuse for his weak performance and wallah , he keeps his rep and gets another payday.

Everyone's threshold of pain is different. The number of fighters you saw finish a fight with a broken jaw is minute compared to the guys who didn't finish. Not everyone is Ali, Abraham, or Austin.

We are just keyboard warriors who never stepped in a boxing gym in our lives so we don't know ***** about boxing.....

As far as excuses go, not continuing due to a broken jaw in a fight is a pretty solid one.

I'm not mad at Ortiz for quitting last night. Plenty of boxers didn't quit when they probably should have. The main problem I have with Ortiz is he's immature. It was immaturity that made it easy for him to quit. He's constantly resorting to dirty boxing when he's better than that. Him saying that the Mayweather fight was the first time he butted someone in a fight is a lie. He had his head in Berto's face so many times it looked like they were conjoined twins. He's got a lot of growing up to do if he's to last in the sport.
