As for the former, I'm fairly positive Henry Cooper, Naseem Hamed, Lennox Lewis, and Bob Fitzsimmons don't have much problem getting respect across the pond. Difference is they have great resumes, whereas Calzaghe's is average at very best.

I hate fanboys so I'm aware that most people probably think I'm an idiot. Thing is I love Calzaghe, he got me into boxing. Being a Calzaghe fan was something special. Nothing can match that perceived invincibility when you're watching sport

people keep bashing lennox and naseem all the time, they don't talk much about cooper or fitzsimmons but i always hear "lewis lost to vitali and avoided a prime tyson + rid**** bowe(i know right lol)" or "naseem fought nobody and was exposed by barrera"

it's still a decent resume, lacy for example was considered a favorite and calzaghe won every round
