NOBODY IS CLEAN IMO unless they are taking some type of EXTRA TESTING and requires FULL RANDOM DRUG TESTING!

I also think that some fighters are being protected, their Promotion and Managers probably have the connections to know when testing is coming for their fighters so they are well prepared to CHEAT THE TEST...so even if fighters are passing your STANDARD DRUG TEST you could still question them

I think you hit it right on the head there. In any sport, can you even look at a guy anymore, and confidently state he's not on something.

Think of you're favorite athlete? Can you say with 100% certainty that he or she is clean of banned substances.

I like Tarver but if he cheated against Lateef (a below average boxer) then what makes us think he didn't drug up against RJ or Danny Green who even at this stage in their careers can beat Lateef.

Larry Olabamiwo got caught last week as well and hes definitely not american. and besides how the hell are u supposed to get caught if u don get tested. most countries dont even test.
