i'd prefer to see these fights as well. both are higher ranked & should be considered. arreola is the mandatory in the WBC & i wouldn't mind seeing a rematch. arreola has dropped weight & has fought 8 times since their first meeting. vitali looked vulnerable vs chisora & after the fight he stated that if chisora was faster he would have been in trouble. i give vitali props for being so honest & can see why he would rather not fight haye now. vitali barked for months after the wlad\haye fight he wanted to ko haye because it was personal. haye accepted all of vitali's offers this time but vitali pulled the plug on the fight because if he did somehow lose the fight he would have to postpone his retirement to train for a rematch, etc. it's the same thing as lennox did but he already beat vitali so he didn't have to rematch him. vitali is just plain avoiding haye. vitali did lots of barking but now seems to be the one with no bite as haye wants to fight him & is willing to bend over to make the fight happen. but instead of taking the big fight with haye he chooses another hand picked opponent to sail into the sunset with. after all the hate haye got from people i find it rather humorous that it is now vitali klitschko doing all the ducking.

Who the **** is Charr? I am sure a lot of others would go for the title at that price. I mean most fighters don't even get that as champs.

If he's only paying Charr £300,000 he must make a fortune! With a full stadium and the RTL money it probably works out at 95/5.

A 75/25 split is pretty customary for a title challenge if I'm not mistaken. I don't know what the taxes are in Germany, but after that, training expenses, travel and his trainers fee which I believe is 10%, that doesn't leave a lot for a guy who has to know he's being brought in to make Vitaly look good.

What the hell has he accomplished other than defeating a washed up Danny Williams?

I'm a fan of vitali and wladimir but this is the first time i've got annoyed at one of their fights. I wasn't too bothered about Jean Marc Mormeck fighting Wladimir on the basis that I didn't really care. This is Vitali's last fight (supposedly). I couldn't end my career knowing I beat a bum in a world title fight.

            Disappointing but whatever.
is this poster for real??? i nominate this dweeb as the casual fan posterboy.
these sort of lackeys hurt boxing.

What "good opponents" are you talking about. You obviously seem to know.....

                Precisely.

That sentence completely sums up the Klits resume's in short.

As Poppa said, you guys should stop pouring out the drivel. Lewis stalled the rematch for just under a year, and when finally after about 8 months the WBC gave him 90 days or have his only title left stripped, he retired on the morning of the very last day. He held up title-action for a year.

You may have forgotten that every opponent the Klitschko's had,-espcially the older Klitschko- received phone calls from Lewis with tips how to win...... Don't know if it still happens-maybe he got tired of it.

So stop with the drek ans stick to facts.

the klitschko's pay their opponents 7/8X less than mayweather and lets be honest as big a cash cow as May is he doesn't make 7/8X more than the Klitschkos.
Mayweather makes like 4X as much, i dont think VItali even makes 10 mil, and pays JMM 2-3 mil, after a great career being a multi division champ and a beating of juan Diaz.

And Vitali pays charr 400K when he is a completely unknown contender, who has done absolutely nothing

a 75/25 split only refers to a mandatory challenger, usually after a bid. Other then that there is not "customary amount", they can and do make the split anything they want.

And im not sure how thats any of the klitschko's problem
