What I mean by that is he may very well beat Sergio and look good doing it. Which is what I do think will happen. I really believe Chavez/Martinez will play to the same tune of the Lee fight. I don't see anyone at 160 being able to hurt Chavez. I don't think Sergio, who doesn't have the best defense in the world, will be able to take 12 rounds of punches from Julio.

The only way he loses is by a 10 count KO.

So basically he is coming out of this fight with the W one way or the other.
Martinez would **** him up from the outside man this is going to be an epic asswhooping he is just too fast and athletic for Jr

Some posters on this forum have been screaming "Martinez is a big middleweight and should move up to SMW" ,now look at Chavez Jnr and tell me that is utter bollocks, Martinez could still fight Cotto at 154.

My Prediction Chavez Jnr is a drug cheat and is a light heavyweight fighting at middleweight.

Martinez still ices him, I think if he went up to 168 Pavlik would **** him up to.

        Martínez already having flashbacks:

i love how you show for 1 that old ass fight and secondly a cheating ass boxer. I used to be a big fan of margs to but dude cheated for a long time. If he fights Martinez now he would literally get his eye KTFO. Martinez beats Jr. even at close to 40 years old.

I see a repeat of Bute-Froch here. So many people hyping up Jr when he hasn't really fought anyone. I also think he's a drug cheat and maybe more than that (the whole not weighing the gloves situation) and hes over confident now. I say Martinez blasts him apart round by round and gets a lake TKO. Too many punches landed, not enough defense from Chavez. I loved Chavez Sr, but Jr is a fraud and I cant wait to see Martinez spark him out. Money on Martinez. All day everyday!

Did Chavez Jr ever provide urine after the Lee fight?

You really need to be naive to think that someone can get away with that kind of cheating for years. And well, it still is a good example of what is going to happen to Martínez because he still fights virtually the same, not even a ducati powered bicycle will save him.

Jr is young, is showing that he has a chin and his stamina has been good as of late.

Martinez in and out is going to be difficult for Jr to deal with especially with the speed and the lefty stance.

I pick Martinez by decision and the last quarter of the fight Jr takes a beating

I hope everyone here realizes that Chavez was way down on the scorecards in a mini ring and still had trouble cutting off LEE.... chavez will not catch martinez.....He does not cut off the ring well and does not react well when he gets touched(not saying he does not have a great chin) He gets knocked off balance very easily when touched.

Martinez blows him out via a wide unanimous decision.......

As long as Sergio doesnt try to fight Chavez Jr and be in that phone booth with him going toe-to-toe he will win. JCC Jr will outweigh him tremendously on fight not, Maravilla just has to box and use his speed advantage
