I myself prefer watching on line too. I can't be watching a fight at 4 or 5 AM usually if it's in the US with a lot of noise.
I pay on line or get a free stream for fights I can not get. I have Boxnation and had Sentanta before it went bank rupted. I will buy it off Prime time if it is on line.
i will tell you the best stream bro.. way cheaper den prime time.. sublime quality... inbox if online is ur last option.
Theatre numbers can't be fudged like the online sales. But thats really another topic for another thread. My feelings aside, I think this is a good way to put on the fight. I'm not going to stream it but I like it as a marketing tool. I didn't know they used the MLB technology last time.
Either GB or Top Rank, they will most likely say its a little more than what the actual numbers are; for example Golden boy said Mayweather vs Ortiz was 1.2 million when it was actually 850,000.(thats actually alot more). they also had Canelo and Morales to help boost those sales as well. Which is kinda sad given Mayweathers Celebrity status. GB also marketed the crap out of that card, always on cable tv, and there 24/7 series. The undercard aint too bad for Pacquiao vs Bradley, its actually pretty good (if you follow boxing). but as for notable fighters on the card, Pacquiao is actually the only one. Pacquiao is making the most sells for the card by himself, cant reeally say that for Mayweather.
i buy all the Major HBO PPV fights! FUll Price!! .
Great! Now tell us what theater the Pac fight is at since Mayweather fights are at theaters. You do know that because of this, Mayweather fights are affordable to those with less income and Pac's fights are not, right?

boo fkn hoo! cry baby *SS !! I could care less if its in the theaters or not! i still prefer to watch in the comforts of my home! the less income ppl can just continue to do what we've always done. save and plan for it, some split the bill w a friend, some go to the local sports bar and see it free anyways, which i personally dont condone! real fight fans that are low income will do the bold!!
before theaters low income was still affording and watching!! even when the recession hit, boxing was still selling out the roof!! as a matter of fact i believe it was pacq fights more so at that time.
