Yeah, he said he was able to stand the pain for a bit until the 6th round where he hit Froch on top of the head and the pain was excruciating.

This wasn't some sort of minor injury either, it was pretty bad. It takes like 5-8 weeks for the fracture to heal and after that you've got to do rehab or you can **** it up even worse.


From Ward's twitter, this is his broken hand after the fight, as you can see it was swollen as hell. Dude is a warrior to be fighting through this type of injury:




If Ward could school Froch with this injury you can just imagine what he'd do with his hand 100%.
