Your post isn't factual, given that p4p is mythical. Manny at best, was p4p#1 during the period when floyd retired, what some 16 months or so. Floyd and Roy were in that spot much longer.

You made statements that were simply untrue. Longer #1 p4p reign is ridiculous and you know it. Same for more hall of fame wins. He beat a given HOF'er like JMM multiple times. Each win was questioned by the same people who voted him fighter of the year, decade etcetc. So you overexaggerated.

You gave opinions. When you give facts, then we can have a factual debate. As I said Manny is surely a 1st ballot HOF'er. Thats really all that matters.

When it gets to ratings, its gonna come down to how you as an individual feel about his career.

really winning awards are popularity contests.. thats a magazines or publication's opinion not a fact..most of us that have been boxing fans for a while now know awards often go to the flavor of the season

....Roach got like 5 trainer of the year awards, but mainly for one fighter Pacquiao....when other trainers are making champions out of guys they had since kids, Roach always has clients that are already established.

IDk about Manny beating more hall of famers than everyone in his era but i do know Jones, Mayweather, Oscar De La Hoya all defeated more champions than Pacquaio

Roy Jones was considered p4p number one from like 1994-2003, Manny got that distinction by default becuase everyone thought Mayweather was gone for good now their is a dilemma becase every knows Mayweather had been dominating the sport before people ever heard of Pacquaio, and has more skill

He is a first ballot hall of famers....just not the best fighter of his era OR the last 25 years

but those opinions are held on record by by ring magazine. This is not a opinion but a fact.


& if you retire, you retire. & roy's only been p4p 1# king for 3 years;96,99,03.

Floyd 3 years; 05,06,07.

Pac 3 years; 08,09,10,11 & he's tied with floyd currenty in 12. If he beats bradley he will be back on top. making it a half a decade as 1# p4p.
