I would agree floyds far more overated, for someone who dont fight.
Mayweather has beaten everyone put in front of him his whole career....43-0 dont lie.....add into the equation he has beaten more world champions in 16 less fights....beat 10 world titlists in a row, something Manny hasnt done, and has won more championship fights....21-0 compared to 16-1-2

Also Mayweather outside of Judah most of Mayweathers top flight opponents are coming off good showings unlike Pacquaio

I attribute it mostly to how obnoxious his fans have been over the last few years. Just like the delusion RJJ #1 GOAT people a decade ago. Once they lose interest his stock will drop. As it stands right now though, he is completely the most vastly overrated fighter since RJJ, but it won't stay that way once he retires.

That's why I don't understand why Floyd da best won't fight him. Floyd could have exposed him easily. We will never know until they fight. So this constant topic whether they are overrated or not would have ended IF ONLY Floyd stops avoiding the fight.

Why do you think Camacho is overrated?

No place in the HOF for him thus far. I rarely see anyone mention him.
In fact I think he is underrated....no one gives him a mention and as you said he aint in the hall yet(dont think he is eligible yet anyway)

Camacho started his 38-0 and a three weight titlists and beat a slew of champions also for a time IMO he was the best p4p in the mid 80s....all people remember is the Rosario fight and how his style became less exciting

I think he is. Berto Sugar once said that he was the greatest southpaw of all time.

Oh yeah, of course. I actually forget how long Camacho fought on for!

I doubt he'll get in anyway. I wouldn't vote for him, personally. But I don't see anyone saying they would.

He was a good fighter though, no doubt. A top fighter, in his day.

I was never a big fan of him though.

Bert Sugar said pacmen is the best. Nobody think Sugar Ray Leonard is the best.
