Why doesn't Froch rematch Dirrell in America

Froch was the champion then and is the champion now, why would he go there to fight the challenger Dirrell? this isn't the Super 6 any more.

The first fight stunk the place out and Froch has just had 4 fights away from home prior to Bute.

This rematch makes perfect sense. Although Kessler took the win, many thought Froch should have gotten the decision.
