Ward's resume is a lil overhyped to me.

We disagree here. Ward has actually gone out and beaten the best of the best. IMO if it were Froch in Ward's position many would have Froch in the top 5. Ward is a solid top 5 easily. He's easily done more than both Martinez and Donaire, and he's also done more than Cotto, Bradley and Khan.

Stop trying to penalyze 2 guys who have been there, done that, and have been doing it for years in not only multiple divisions but 5 plus. Are people insane when it comes to putting down everything they do? They have seriously become underrated on these boards

We agree here to a degree, but let's be honest; Pacquiao should get credit for rising through the ranks. No argument there. However, the weight class in which Pacquiao became a star is ironically the weight class which is most questionable: Welterweight.

Manny Pacquiao's campaign since DLH has been VERY shoddy. He waited for each of his opponents to lose before he would face them, and he won a paper title in a catchweight match .. which is not legitimate.

So while BEFORE facing DLH Manny was a thoroughbred, afterwards he became circus pony that did impressive things under manufactured conditions. And Manny is comfortable riding the facade down the stretch.

Frochs resume is awesome, but his P4P ranking gets killed because he got SCHOOLED, WHOOPED, and DOMINATED by a fighter in the same division he is in (Ward).

Now if you want to make a list of best resumes you can rank him as high as you want, but you can be on the top of the p4p list after being dominated.

I actually thought Dirrell beat Froch quite comfortably.

Froch has the heart of a lion, but let's face it he's a limited, robotic euro-fighter who comes to ****. You'll only get but so far with those attributes.

It's ridiculous that Froch has gotten this far with his limited skill and gifts. Heart can take a fighter a long way.
