    Maidana beat Ortiz b4 floyd,

Floyd only takes leftovers, the leftover king, but not neccesarily Pacs leftovers. Floyds not choosy, he'll take anyones used goods.
    ROFL "softened" him up.

We aren't comparing DLH to Floyd or BH to Floyd or Maidana to Floyd. Every thread eventually comes down to Floyd vs Pacquiao and whatever bad Floyd has done, pacquiao has done worse.

Hopkins and Tito beat Dela Hoya before Floyd, then Hopkins, Tito and Floyd beat DLH before Pacquiao. I am almost astounded that you can't that far ahead in your posts. Either you are trolling OR you really are moron. Either way you are ignored.

the guys with 0 losses are getting it hard. Everyone goes mental on here after a big fight.

Bute beat grampa Johnson (51-16-2). That's his best win. Andrade (30-4-0) knocked him out.

        .
Yeah but then Pac beats DLH in 8 rounds unlike Floyd. FLoyds fans dont mind Floyd fights peoples used goods as long as they arent Pacs used goods.
The reason for this is that they are obsessed with Pac, and obsessed with the idea that Floyd is not seen as inferior to Pac. It dont matter to floyd fans, that Floyd is inferior to the greats of yesteryear, but have an obsession with Floyd being the best of this era, which he aint.

ohh wait you're just an expert on floyd.

well i talked about floyd because u mentioned him in responses to other posters ( i could've sworn i typed that) and he happens to be my favorite fighter. But i'll indulge you a bit.

two are hof already and considered all time greats on most ppls lists and slappy will probably be there too. so i dont really see where your getting at with the whole "verification" thing on them. I mentioned Chavez jr because i wanted to show a difference between fighters like him, alvarez, bute (well at least until yesterday) being undefeated and mayweather and ward being undefeated. Remember, im not saying your wrong on your topic because i do agree with the statement "undefeated records need constant verification" I just disagree if you somehow feel Mayweather and Ward arent passing the bar so to speak.

The OP probably hasn't even watched a Ricardo Lopez fight in his life.

If you look at all the TRUE LEGIT LEGENDS of the game, all of them have losses on their records. It means much more than a undefeated record. It means they were challenged. It means they took challenges. It means they went up the hard & proper way. IT IS THE TRUE MARK OF A WARRIOR. A LEGEND.

A mark of a real champion, a real legend, is not by staying undefeated, but by how you act after defeat. That is the true test of a heart of a champion.

                  Remember naseem hamed?

If you look at all the great legendary hall of fame fighters in the IBHOF, almost all of them have losses.

& the ones with undefeated records? Marciano, Ricardo Lopez, soon to follow Joe Calzaghe, & Floyd Mayweather Jr. their undefeated records in my opinion have ASTERISKS on it as to why they were undefeated.

Legendary trainer Whitey Bimstein said it best:

"Show me a undefeated fighter & ill show you somebody who hasnt really fought anybody."

What a truthful & timeless quote.

                  Booty is no Floyd.
