sergio can fight at 168. he just doesnt have the ambition.
This thread has more ****** replies than any thread i have ever seen. If Sergio is ducking the SMW crowd, the entire SMW crowd is ducking the CW crowd.

No, he doesn't cut a lot of weight to make 160, he is only about 165 on fight night.

The best fighter at 168 is 6'0 with a 71 inch reach.
The 2nd best fighter at 168 is 6'1 with a 75 inch reach.

Sergio martinez is 5'10 with a 75 inch reach. He started fighting at 147.

If he is soooo great and floyd & pac are b*tches for not fighting him, why doesnt sergio go up to 168 & get money & legacy?

What being a 4 division champion is an impossibility? He cant move up one division & be competent?

i thought he was sooo good?

          He's an undersized MW.

I don't see how anyone could think 168 would be a good weight class for Martinez. He's a small MW who can move down easily.

I'd rather see him fight Canelo.

Not everyone has to be 15 pounds over the limit on fight night.

He could fill out his frame a little and move up. He may be undersized but that doesnt mean he wouldnt be a threat at 168.

Again I'm not saying he is ducking 168 I'm fine with him staying at MW just saying he would be a good fighter still at 168.

i would pick sergio over anybody at 168 except ward.

sergio vs froch is a toss up.

He already moved up to middleweight and is as undersized as Pac is at 147.

Stop speaking of height. This is not the nba. For Martinez to "fill out" and become a legit 168 fighter he would have to put on approximately 15lbs of muscles.

Not likely. He's like 50 years old.

                      You have a point.

But Martinez can also be given the same predicament as not to fight these dogs at 168 as Pac and Floyd are given the same predicament not fighting him.

You would upset the Sergio ****riders tho.
