It was sarcasm. Quillin is in the prime of his career. He requested VADA. He is facing an old, out of shape, Winky Wright that has only fought twice in the last 5 years and lost both fights. Wouldn't it be LOGICAL that Winky is the one dirty?

For starters, I admitted I was wrong for calling Mayweather Sr crazy in 2009 for asking Pac to take the test after the Cotto fight.

When Pac refused testing, at that point, I realized Mayweather Sr was actually right and on to something.

How's that for starters?

Link please, cuz' I can show you audio of Quillin saying Winky requested USADA. And, at first he thought to himself why would Winky make such a request 2 weeks before the fight. But, then decides to say F' it, if you're clean then you have nothing to hide and agreed to Winky demand.
