Carl Froch is a well spoken boxer when it comes to analysing fights.

True, an overachieving fighter if there has ever been one. But in fairness, I think Froch has something that Roy never did, and that's an iron chin.

A man who views the world the same at fifty as he did at twenty has wasted thirty years of his life.

Obviously never saw Ali in his prime working laterially and moving in and out long before Roy was born! If you look at Leonard and Jones your looking at Ali just as the older generation looked to Sugar Ray. Boxing skills are learned and adding the "rope a dope" as a defensive tactic against a younger/bigger/stronger/dumber opponent was genius!!! This fellow Froch doesn't seem to have his history straight in the sport he only knows what he's seen in the present and close past. He sounds abit confussed. Ray.

That's the problem when you elevate a normal, mortal man to deity status. Ali was a loudmouth America hating punk for most of his career. The way he treated Joe Frazier was the height of hypocrisy and lack of class.

And his boxing career is overrated as well. But that's hype for you.

He's an overrated icon, I wouldn't want my kid to act like he did.

But his boxing career is untouchable. He did some pretty phenomenal stuff.

Why should Carl Froch have to justify his opinion in the first place? Makes no damn sense.

Its kinda like with Tyson. He hasn't won a serious fight in almost 25 years but he lives off the fame he had when he was knocking out mediocre fighters for a 3 year stretch.
