What would the point of that be? Dirrell fakes his way out of the super-6 to avoid fighting Ward, you think he would fight him now?

Most issues with Dirrell would evaporate the instant he signs to fight Ward.

Well the main showdown is Ward and Bute. Even though Dirrell left or quite the tourney, he's still the biggest challenge for anyone including Ward (beats Ward IMO). Ward rightfully wants Bute to face a dangerous foe before they unify and that foe should be the man who left under contraversy (faking, acting whatever) especially considering without the gift decision for Froch, Dirrell really hasn't lost a fight yet! Froch just got thoroughly beat by Ward so it would make much more sense, to put Bute with Dirrell and winner gets ward. And if im Ward, im really not moved at all because your fighting who i just dominated but beating the one guy who has the skills to compete with me even though he may have ducked me says alot more that fighting Carl.

Do you believe Kessler's injury was real?

Great post. I think Ward will fight Bute if they both win their next fights, the timing will be right and it will generate a lot of money. If I was Dirrell I would go for the Abraham/Stieglitz winner.

as far as the crying, when u put your heart into something like these people do then certain things make u emotional, i guess we as fans will never understand... like im a producer one time i got some beats stolen from me and i cried i was upset!
At the end of Dirrell, Abraham all I saw was some terrible acting and then a man crying, not just crying a little but full on displaying the antics of a prepubescent school girl.

I didn't say one bad word when Chris Arreola started crying because he fought like a warrior gave it his all and was genuinely cut up about the fight being stopped.

Dirrell on the other hand I cant respect his actions he may have a fighters ability but he most definitely lacks a fighters heart and will he proved that in both the Froch and AA fight.

I don't feel it was that bad, a jab actually clipped Dirrell as he slipped (could of counted as a knockdown) it wasn't that delayed as say Pac hitting Marquez when he was down in I believe the 2nd fight.

Maybe I am wrong, I don't know as it wasn't me taking the shot but from what I seen I genuinely believe he was looking for a way out.
I think you got carried away but people, do me a favor and re watch the fight and look at the knockdown, he went down right after the punch.

From the info I've seen out there not much leads me to believe he was faking it. And it seemed very plausible from the kind of damage he had taken in previous fights.

What would the point be of withdrawing from super6 when you already fought the toughest fighters in it?

If Kessler had been put on shame and contradicted himself on camera as the Dirrells did i would have questioned the legitimacy of his withdrawal/injury too.

Extremely talented fighter who gets overlooked and hated on by a lot of fans.

I'm a big fan and have faith but I wanna see him get more active and start getting big fights again. Would like to see him take on the Froch vs Bute winner. Either way definitely wanna see him in there with Froch again he won the first time but I think now he would win more comfortably. Thing is though I like Froch and wouldn't want to see him go on a losing streak like that.

Dirrell/Ward/Bute/Dawson (if he gets in the mix or they move up) can have some good matchups if Bute beats Froch.
