The question should be how can you have Toney so high, he hasn't defeated a top 15 fighter every since he reached Heavyweight.

Wlad defeated a top ten contender in Samuel Peter, and a top 15 contender in Williamson, and Castillo. And this all happened withhin the last 1 1/2 year.

Let's see he beat a guy by the name of John Ruiz.Ruiz is better than Peter Williamson and Castillo.

James is the best heavyweighgt out there. He has the most skills, defense and experience. Not to mention that guy hasn't los in a while. Neva lost in heavyweight yet neitha. This guy will be champion and it's only a matta of time now. One thing I know, I'd ratha Toney be the RECOGNIZED best than sa Brewster or Klitscko.
