Roach himself admitted, he is considered the best trainer, only because hes got the best fighter. So yes, Pac made Roach what he is you could say. And confirms that Pac is the greatest fighter of recent times, and contributed very much in making roach the so called best trainer.

Lets say if Roach was the trainer pf Floyd, then i supposed he wouldnt be considered the best trainer, just like Roger mayweather isnt. Your only as good as your best fighter.

Roach has great insight but he talks out his arse sometimes. He says stuff will happen and when it doesn't work out, it makes him look pompous.

His interpretation of Bradley seems way off to me though for some reason. He makes it seem that Tim doesn't posses boxing skills. If Tim starts to time Pac coming in and then cuts off the ring when Pac backs up, Roach is going to have a problem.

this post would be great...except its all wrong. pac is one of the most protected fighters i have EVER observed. when was the last time he fought a fighter that was NOT promoted by top rank? and roger is a FFFAAARRRRRRRRRR better trainer than roach. roach is a joke to most trainers. i remember back in 1996 i was at a gym and the old heads were laughing at roach and mocking him. the mocking continues after that debacle where they made jmm come up to 147 thinking they would once again have a wt advantage only to again lose in the eyes of most. look at rogers work with kids and you will see a REAL TRAINER AT WORK. pac gets by off arums political juice and fighting in-house made up fights.

Wait before anything else WHO in the F is Joel Diaz? The last time I heard a trainer bashing other trainer was Floyd Mayweather Sr. LMAO He's the one who trained Ricky Hatton, after round 1 Sr didn't know what to do but to splash water on Hatton's face. That fool didn't have the balls to even show up after the bout. LMFAO! Another one is Jeff Mayweather LOL this trainer is also full of himself, next thing you know his fighter got KTFO

hey kid get your facts straight. sr stressed to ricky to look out for the hook when getting to the inside. ricky did what ricky wanted to do and got ko'd not on the trainer if you teach a man one way and he does another. dont make him a bad trainer. you just hate the mayweathers skill set.

There is no way that Roach should have been taking Marquez likely. He did and the evidence is how Pac performed that night and the excuses after the fight when before God couldn't save Marquez. Floyd fan or not. It was a dumb move for Roach to even try to belittle Marquez. I remember reading Roach saying "Manny is taking this fight very personal because of what Marquez did in the Philippines". Then Pac gets a questionable decision. Anyway, this is about Roach being considered overrated and for him not giving Marquez his due after the fight but blaming it on Pac's distractions and cramps makes him overrated to me.

you know what grust. im really getting sick and tired of the cheap sorry excuses from the pac camp when he looks bad. and he has been looking bad a lot lately. its the leg cramps to the girls and late nights to now its the bible. the dude was just whoreing around now they show clips of him teaching bible class. true media whores. and if he no longer has the desire to fight then quit. but dont give us cheap excuses. and i would rather see the man sitting in a bible class getting taught by some one qualified to teach the bible than jumping from man whore to bible teacher in such a fantastic amt of time. im all for a man getting right with god. but dont cheapen the process.
