Taylor won both fights in the record book.
Hopkins lost both fights in the record book.
They are both better fighters then any poster here that says they arent any good. MODS included.
    Hopkins looked unimpresive.
    Taylor looked unimpressive.
    Yes they were close fights.
    Taylor is the new Champ.
    Bernard is not.

Look point given. Unbiased, fair, and balanced

In order to beat the champ, you have to take the fight to him and TAKE it from him.

Taylor looked frustrated, and confused during both of the fights and was getting thourougly outboxed.

Hopkins didn't do anything to really take it from the champ either. Same goes with the first fight with Taylor. Both unimpressive, hopefully we never see a 3rd fight.

        granted but,

if you score a fight, and you see in this round or that round that the challanger won, you score it for him. In the end if your scorecards says the challanger won you cant go back and change it. Doesnt matter how great the champ is. He would still lose

He didn't really outwork Hopkins. Hopkins through 20 less shots than him the entire fight, but Taylor threw 31 fewer power punches.

                that aint how scorin works.

                It's rounds won. That or a KO/TKO.

Hopkins can land MO shots on Jermain, but if he only landed THOSE punches in say 4 rounds of the fight, he aint deserve to win.

Its amazing to me how many so called "boxing fans" fail to realize that.

They need something to write about, I guess this is the best they could do. The funny thing is no one is commenting on how almost ALL of BHops fights are extremely boring, Taylor was forced to fight a dull fight to beat a dull/defensive fighter.
