Define '****'
I imagine Mike usually got what he wanted, she may have had a million reasons why she went to his room and why she didnt run out screaming, doesn't mean he didn't force her into sex!
In the end the evidence was there and he went down, as I said earlier if he was 100% innnocent then wouldn't he still be trying to clear his name after all he is still registered as a sex offender (who would want that!)
If he is innocent and doesn't care what the world thinks then that saya something else about the man doesn't it!Comment

There was also one other person who accompanied Tyson & Desiree up to the room, and that was Mike's own bodyguard, Dale Edwards.
And Desiree was seen running out the hotel and Tyson's own limo driver, ******ia Foster, was one to testify that she did see Desiree in a "clear state of distress" when she ran out of the hotel and made her way to the limo.
Dale Edwards and ******ia Foster were the two main witnesses to the events of that night, and it's funny that both were employed by Tyson...Yet, one of them didn't even bother to show up in court to testify (Edwards), and the other one was a key witness against Tyson, as she backed up Desiree's story about what happened before (the plans, the camera, etc.) & after (the state of mind Desriree was in) the **** incident.
Oh, and the evidence was clearly there for a Tyson conviction (******* abrasions, witness' testimony, Tyson's past history of sexual assaults, etc.), and the trial itself was both short (less than two weeks) and one-sided.Comment

Originally posted by kaperskythats because he was on heavy medications that doesnt matter even if he liar its still prosecutors who need to prove to the court, but it wasent one-sided, it ended up like 35% not guilty and 45% guilty so about 10% more so the number doesnt convince me at all. you can find fault in desirees and tysons version but in this case i think prosecutor should convince more than that... if he was innocent that would explain his sickening behaviour , just image to get lock up for 3 years knowing you are innocent that would make anybody crazy
"The jury had taken two votes to reach a unanimous verdict", says but one article I have on that situation.
And obviously by the unanimous verdict, the prosecution DID present enough evidence to convince the court of Tyson's guilt, and the evidence presented WAS one-sided in the prosecution's favour.
And as far as your "if he was innocent that would explain his sickening behavior" comment...Have you not done any reading in regards to Tyson's actions before he became famous? You know, the 30+ arrests he had before his teenage years were upon him, the stories of him beating up & robbing old woman, the stories of him actually sexually assaulting young girls when in his youth (which Jimmy Jacobs confirmed), etc. etc...You don't think there's JUST a few hints that Tyson was involved in "sickening behavior" long before the incident with Desiree?Comment
