Like i've said before, i feel a lot of the hate Canelo has received is unwarranted. Its hard to say a 21 year old fighter is being groomed...it seems to me he knows he's ready to compete with top level opposition and i commend him for doing so

I think Williams is a much tougher opponent than Kirkland, even at this stage in his career. To me, Kirkland is just as chinny as Paul is, with half of the work rate and boxing ability. Plus, after watchng Kirkland-Molina, we don't even know which Kirk will show up.

Williams is a guarantee to put on a show, even if that show ends with him laying face-first, unconscious on the mat....with his eyes open....

this is a good fight for canelo,so what if willams got ko'd by martinez not every fighter u face is gonna b undefeated and not every fighter wo is undefeated is good,although williams lost hes still a good fighter,above avg i would say and a fighter like that is a good test for canelo...theres one guy he faced that really pressured him,a brazilian goncala or something like that and canelo fought pretty good,lets see how he handles williams pressure and high volume punches,even martinez sid its very difficulto fight a guy like that(always on top of you bcuz u alwys on the defensive plus u also need to land u punches) big test or canelo

Canelo will never wear Reyes gloves again... He has a problem with his thumb and Grant has made an special glove for him.
