I'd say, Leonard, Jones and Camacho. For combos I'd say Camacho and Jones. Leonard would flag a bit after 4-5 and was a touch slower than the other two.. For individul speed punches i'd say Jones.

floyd patterson was unreal type fast in his prime

freakish speed. he had power, too.

Patterson's hands were regarded as being faster than Ali's and the fastest heavyweight hands ever. Of course he was a built up middleweight, which may have helped.
