And Haye didn't run? Lmao. He didn't stop running, literally whilst a 46yr old Holyfield was in Valuevs face for majority of the fight.
He certainly beat Valuev more convincingly, in fact he won pretty much every round.

They only gave the fight to Haye because of the dodgy decision & to keep the dream of Haye vs one of the brothers alive.

lol heres the thing...an extremely high number of people who had seen Valuev's previous bout with Holyfield thought he lost and Haye-Valuev turned out to be one of the most boring displays of boxing in recent memory.

The fight was close for the most part and going into the final round it seemed like the contest was up for grabs. Haye closed strong though and rightfully won a majority decision.

Yet, for some reason, the same people who were so high on Haye seemed to forget that Ruslan Chagaev defeated Valuev (without running) when they met for the WBA title.

Chagaev also had a win over a still active/relevant John Ruiz and Vladimir Virchis ( who was arguably a top 10 fighter at the time) haye fought a 39 yr old audley lol. Despite this, Chagaev found himself ranked below Haye in almost every magazine or on every website.

Incidentally haye also gets props for 'rocking' the cuban great odlandier solis as an amateur (he eventually lost though lol) chagaev actually beat a great (felix savon) TWICE!

Chagaev actually tried against wladimir but was outclassed by a fighter on top of his game, haye embarassingly ran for 12 rounds following yrs of promising a devastating KO... he then retired on the millions you gave him whereas chagaev has tried to re-establish himself as a top HW against a genuine top 5 (imo a top 3) ranked HW alexander povetkin! Haye has set up a fight for himself following a press conference scuffle with another loser..

Hes been given more opportunities simply because he's more "marketable" due to being British and a trash talker.

There is something really ****ed up with this sport and its fanbase no??

P.s chris byrd was the REAL DEAL!! A slick, fast, smallish heavyweight WITH BALLS!! Haye is a salesman.

Haye ran but he avoid the punches better and landed more meaningful punches and that is why he won the fight and not because of some ridiculous conspiracy BS the whole world know you only say in order to falsely make you argument stronger.

You see unlike you I dont think in black or white,I think Haye is far from perfect and he talks the dumbest **** ever, and he has a weak hart that makes him too fearful.
Im not even a fan of him and betted against him in the Wlad fight.
