But realistically i think it can happen.

    1. Floyd and Cotto earned a record purse

    2. The fight was entertaining

    3. Floyd's options are self admittedly limited

    4. I was at the fight and a lot of fans booed the decision

Who else besides Pac can draw that kind of crowd and generate that kind of money?

I wouldn't be surprised if it goes down unfortunately
If the made it again it would struggle to make 1 million ppvs. People aren't going to pay for the same fight twice especially when it had no controversy and was a clear victory for Mayweather

It was too one sided to warrant a rematch....Cotto showed up though.

I had the fight a draw the first few times I watched it. Then 7-5 Floyd the 3rd time I watched it.

I doubt Floyd takes a rematch. He was counting on Cotto being shot and he found out the hard way he miscalculated.

ahh cotto didn't take a knee and two ur referring to cotto margarito 1. And cotto proved in the rematch of the 2 that cheato is a piece of **** and his fans are. not saying i would want to see a rematch it was a good fight but not rematch material i had it 8-4 mayweather i had it 5-4 after 9 but gave mayweather all the championship rounds only round that is arguable for cotto is the 11th round

More entertaining and winnable fights out there for Cotto.

Floyd should go back to 147 if he's not fighting Sergio.

Do you know how to score a fight?

Miguel showed alot of heart, and proved alot of people wrong about him being shot, but a rematch is pointless. It was a competetive but clear fight in Mayweathers favor.

I'd rather see Miguel take on the guys in his division and win another title.

it was a good scrap, but not good enough to merit a rematch.

Floyd should definately have had more rematches in his career, but this is not one he should have at this stage.
If there was no one else to fight, then maybe, but anyone who says there is no one for Floyd to fight is kidding themselves.
Pac, Khan, Sergio and Alverez just off the top of my head.

But of course under any other circumstances the fight was interesting enough and competive enough for a rematch for sure.
