Also none of these HW'S can punch other then Wlad Vitali and Haye.

Guys like Solis and ****s like Povetkin will be cleaning toilets in the 90's
Valuev probably punches harder than all 3 of them, but the guy is slow as fck and can never land cleanly.

p4p-wise, I'd have to give it to Pacquiao, Alvarez, Gamboa, Abraham, Froch, Bute.. there are a lot that are up there.

Most of the explosive fighters with 1 punch KO power are in there.

Yeah Bailey is really up there if we are doing P4P.

This a tough question because KO%'s can come from accumulated damage too obviously. Fighters like Cotto, Rios and Vitali wear you down and stop you, with heavy hands and punches but they are not pure punchers. I think there are some fighters with legitimate one punch KO power:

                    Randall Bailey
                    David Haye
                    Wlad Klitschko
                    Juanma Lopez
                    Yuriorkis Gamboa

These are guys who are capable of putting you down or out with one punch. I think Bailey and Haye really are devastating punchers, regardless of their records or what people think of them. There isn't anyone who is going to stand there and get hit clean by these guys and finish a fight lol. Some of you may not agree with Lopez or Gamboa that I picked but I feel they absolutely have one punch power. Lopez more because of heavy hands and Gamboa moreso because of speed and placement. I am more of a fan though of different era punchers like Julian Jackson, Hearns, Marciano, Shavers, Carlos Zarate, Tyson, etc. I agree with Steward though that it is becoming a lost art for some reason it seems.
