perfect post, but Toney is the comeback of the year. He won 2 fights, one for a heavyweight title. -
just wanted to make sure all you ******s that neglect Taylor as FOTY read thisOriginally posted by DiegoFuegoFor you all not to give Jermain Taylor the fighter of the year award shows how big of Hopkins fans/Taylor haters you are. He beat HOPKINS TWICE IN ONE YEAR and he won another fight.
Hatton won 2 fights and only one was against strong opposition.
Coming into 2005, Hopkins was the #1 p4p fighter, and Taylor beat him TWICE. **** all of youComment

and you're obviously a serious Taylor nut sucker, stop bein a punk and respect others opinions!!Originally posted by Super_LightweightMakes you look like a serious Hopkins nut sucker.
oh and diego, had taylor dominated (yes, it would've taken domination) hopkins in even just the 2nd fight, he would've been fighter of the year, the fact is, he had trouble with the 41 year old as expected, he did't do anything spectacular, he just won a close decision twice this year.
on the lighter side, everyone keep your picks coming, i'm def. interested in what everyone else on the boards picks are.

hmm
No, friend, I will not "respect" idiotic opinions. Like I said, if you agree that Hops-Taylor I was the biggest robbery then you haven't ever seen a robbery, and haven't watched much boxing this year in fact.and you're obviously a serious Taylor nut sucker, stop bein a punk and respect others opinions!!Comment

maybe i have it like that because i didn't like Duane Ford's 12th round decision? and it had nothing to do with Taylor? would you still have that big a problem with it? Even tho Taylor was game, because of the 12th Hopkins was (key word coming up) "robbed" of the physical titles, whether you agree that Hopkins won or Taylor won the first fight. No more, no less. I don't think there's anything "idiotic" about that, friend.Originally posted by Super_LightweightNo, friend, I will not "respect" idiotic opinions.
