ali, armstrong, duran, hopkins off the top of my head.

pacquiao hasnt shocked real boxing fans that many times. only mainstream fans were fooled to think margarito and guys like that were big challenges and even in his toughest fights like cotto he was a big favourite to win.

the last time pacquiao truly shocked the world is when he beat DLH. add the first barrera fight and thats about it as far as shocking the world goes, maybe the morales rematch, most were shocked to see him finish el terrible but thats it for sure.

hatton, mosley, margarito etc.. (and even cotto tbh) i couldnt see those fights play out any diffrent.

tailor made and/or washed up fighters with big names might impress the casual fan but people who understand the sweet science know whats up. now the guys at the beginning of my post, those dudes suprised everybody over and over, truly shocking the world.
