Why do people keep saying Canelo's got a suspect chin?

R u guys still on about what "the other" Cotto did to him? Remember when Oscar got knocked down by lesser opponents at smaller weights? Its safe to assume, especially since he didn't fight at that weight much at all afterward, that his chin was only shaky because he was draining himself to make weight?

He's taken punches from Cintron who's a hard hitter... Mosley may not have been at his peek, but I'm sure his punches don't feel like pillows just yet, and he was taking those no problem... It seems like everybody (from what I"ve read) that thinks his chin is suspect brings up what Cotto did, but as I just explained, there's a logical explanation for that

I believe the fight was at 150 so he had an extra 3 pounds than what he usually fought at. Also, he only rehydrate 10 pounds for that fight if I remember correctly. That's not really draining.

But yeah, **** happens. It was just a wiggle. He's gained a ton of weight since then so he should be able take punchers better.

It is what it is, Cotto did the chicken dance several times against 140 lbers but his fans still talked about him like he was an unstoppable killer until he lost his O. Those same people will tell you that Canelo got no chin and he's gonna get exposed soon.
