Kirkland's chin isn't as bad as people think. He took bombs from Joel Julio. He wasn't in shape vs Ishida, and Ishida hits harder then his stats show. A lot of it depends on if Kirkland see it or expects the shot. Even if he does get put down he recovers well.

I really like canelo, I think he could be a future great, but he hasn't fought anyone like Kirkland. A guy as big as him, who is stronger then him, and hits harder then him. On top of that he will be coming at him non stop. We will see how Canelo deals with that.

It's a 50-50 fight to me. Both guys are good no matter how many times people on here want to call the other bums. There is a lot to be figured about each in this fight. Please make it happen.

Everyone also seems to forget literally everyone had Angulo kkoing Kirkland. EVERYONE. Look what happened.

I think this is a 50/50 fight both guys can **** and box. I think people are putting too much into the Mosley and Cintron victories for Canelo. These are clearly 2 fighters that no longer have IT. That being said Im a fan of Canelo and Kirkland, and would love to see this fight.

Kirkland is for real. Canelo is a hypejob. Its as simple as that. For Kirkland, canelo is an easier opponent than Molina, plus he was injured against Molina.

Id Rather See Canelo Vs Cotto. Kirkland Cant Box, Molina Showed Us that...Canelo Can **** and Can Box. I wasnt really Convinced about Canelo, But he Beat Mosley As Easy as Floyd and Manny Did, and The Kid doesnt make a Ton Of Mistakes,Kirkland is a Strait Forward Guy. I think Canelo would Pick Him Off with Hard Shots and Stop Him Late.

Yah I agree, it would be a true test because Kirkland can hurt you, and hes in his prime. I would be a risking fight for both. Canelo has what it takes to knock out Kirkland, he can box and he hits very hard with great combos. Kirkland can change the fight if he lands a shot, he already showed that.

Was talking about Molina, but El Pero also. The counter punch Pero dropped him with wasn't even the hardest punch Angulo landed in that round. Kirkland was pushing Angulo back from the very start when he got countered. A hard counter you don't see can drop just about anybody. And LOL at a pressure fighter punching himself out in 1 minute in the first round. Dude got punched out.

He punched himself out later in the fight and that's probably the only reason Kirkland won.

At any rate, Alvarez would annihilate him and he has faced better competition while not getting knocked out by a C- level fighter.

Nah man, Mosley was always a threat. (Margarito fight) He had pop at that weight and was in the Canelo fight as much as he could be. He was just beaten to the punch by a hungrier and younger guy with skills. He wasn't outclassed that bad by anyone prior except maybe Pacquiao.

Yeah right. After Margarito, Mosley got waxed by Mayweather, looked horrid against a light hitter in Mora, ran from Pac and blamed it on his shoes and he has never been too successful at 154. Mosley is all the way done.

Nah bruh, after Angulo knocked him down. Kirkland got up and handled him easily. Beat the holy crap out of Angulo. Guys like Kirkland and Angulo are easy to beat if you can box and stop their pressure.
