I'm no expert but I can tell the difference between grade A product and grade B- product, it's like saying a Lambo is going to get beaten by a Mustang

Ever heard of an upset? This is boxing anything can happen and Canelo is still untested. Kirkland has the power to knock anyone out and the beauty of boxing is that you only need one punch right on the chin and it could be all over. I'm not saying Kirkland is going to win but he's got the tools to at least make the fight interesting. Kirkland is not a push over and will definitely be a live under dog. If this fight get signed I'm sure that many fans want to see what's going to happen. I mean it would be an action packed fight so the real winners are the fans.

Canelo has beaten everyone they put in front of him. Kirkland has been dropped various times and stopped by a feather fisted Ishida. It's not an easy fight for either one of them but Canelo will be the favorite.

exactly! people are bringing up the fact that kirkland struggle against carlos molina but they some how forgot that molina dominated cintron

canelo did not fight molina but instead he fought the ghost kermit

you see even canelo handlers have no confidence in his abilities. canelo fights the loser between molina and cintron. people might say that cintron is more well know but in mexico there is a big rivalry between chavez jr and canelo

oh his trainer wasn't there......oh he had a tear in his shoulder etc

they excuses don't fly either. Kirk put gloves on and got in the ring and got KO in the first one. That's his fault he had to learn from it. The shoulder injury thats just how the cookie crumble sometimes life ain't fair most times


Canelo and monlina different fighter. Monlina was spoiler in that fight and I don't think I seen canelo clitch to much and fight off the Back foot whole fight and fight for 3 min Every round. I got to watch more tape on the kid for I can be sure.

Y'all no what I never see brought up while speaking on monlina and Kirk fight is before the start of the round when Kirk knockdown monlina. Wolf told Kirk that he was after his kids or life or something and he beat monlina ass that round.

Canelo won't need all the stamina you think he will need. When you control the ring and distance, you also control the pace. Simple!!!

i feel like canelo is very hittable, even the old shane mosley as well as a few other fighters i saw in the past were able to hit canelo, and yet i've never seen canelo in trouble

so either all those opponents cannot punch, or canelo has one helluva chin, but idk how his chin will be if he faces kirkland...at the same time, kirkland can be hit as well, and we all know how kirkland's chin is

so really what this fight would come down to is who has the tougher chin, cuz both guys are gonna get hit a lot...when it comes down to it, canelo is not as physically strong as kirkland, but it seems that canelo has the better chin, plus canelo is the better boxer and seems like he can do more things in the ring
