    He was ranked Top 10 by the WBC, not the RING. We're going by RING rankings man. If we were going by sanctioning bodies, each guy would have a lot more.

    Found a source for the year ending 2006 Super Featherweight rankings, Pac and Solis fought in April 2007.

    http://boxrec.com/media/index.php/Th...tweight--2000s

    Solis was not inside the Top 10 by the RING, the rankings we're going by for Top 10, at 130 lbs. He was at 126 though, not 130.

      The Truth about it is that the Boxing Writers Association of America(BWAA)
      Has chosen Pacquiao as "The Fighter Of The Decade" Awardee!;

      Both Pacquiao & Mayweather Jr were both awarded FOTY in different years.;
      Both been #1 PFP.

      But, Pacquiao, has been installed by Guinness Book of World Record, as the ONLY Boxing Champ been able to win 8 titles in different Weight Divisions!

      Pacquiao is the only Boxing Champ that is also an elected Congressman in his Country.

        This has ZERO to do with the thread. I was asking if anyone is surprised by this or not.

                  I'm surprised to the extent that I thought it would be quite a bit closer between them all.

                    the thing is..... floyd and pac is totally different.

                    A. when pac fights today FANS want to see how will he BEAT his opponent.

                    1. thing is if his opponent clash him it will be devastating fight for pac.

                    and boxing fans goes on a WOW a fight.

                    2. second one is if his opponent goes of def and counters him it will be a

                    boring fight. like the JMM fight.

                    B. when floyd fights today FANS want to see how he will BEAT his opponent.

                    1. there is only one thing floyd does he box his opponent and stays at his

                    skills on def and countering. it will be a boring fight but a great fight for boxing

                    fan.

                    2. it will be exiting fight if his opponent hit floyds alot. like the cotto fight

                    when floyd got bloods on his nose...

                      NO, because his fellow Americans (BWAA) Didn't chose him as "Fighter of the Decade" BWAA isn't limited to Ring Mag
