actually thats very accurate..he definitely throws slower combinations, its called aging and his body isnt the same it was 5 or 10 yrs ago but im sure u know that already which renders ur statement pointless. he didnt look fast at all vs cotto hence cotto slipping alot of floyds punches and him gettin popped with cottos jab all night and actually acknowledging in the middle of the ring in round 8 that hes been gettin popped...get over it, it happens in this sport and life ppl age and slow down

It was a good/solid fight, Cotto had his moments, won 2-3 rounds. The video makes it look like it was a draw or 7-5 Floyd, and every body and their brother knows it wasn't, if they are being real and honest about it.

floyd connecting, cotto connecting, floyd gets hit with jabs, cotto gets hit with an uppercut,
floyd gets hit with a body shot, cotto gets hit with a right hook

cotto wasnt left far behind from those rounds heck i could even give some of those close rounds to cotto due to him connecting body shots which seems the compubox is ignoring when floyd does his elbow rolls

That wasn't a highlight video of the fight, that was a Miguel Cotto Promotional Video.

They cut out all of mayweather's highlights and only put cotto's lol. Horrible job.

Floyd won the fight due to his natural advantages in stamina etc, he is just more physically gifted than Cotto. This allowed him to step on the gas in the final three rounds and eek out the win. The scores were utter horse dung.

yea them scorecards were terrible...pero que se puede hacer, gotta keep moving forward it was a great fight i just dont think it was a wide UD....cotto put in that work and was tagging floyd all night

Ummm hit with his jab all night? In what fight? His jab was his best punch, but it wasn't landing as much as people like you want to believe. Anybody that dislikes floyd tries to give his opponents much more credit then they deserve at times. Cotto fought his ass off yes! But in all actuality be didn't land that much, look at punch stats. Actually if I recall correctly Shane actually landed more on floyd then cotto did. Check punch stats if you don't believe me. The difference was cotto made Floyd fight. I'm sick and tired of you non real boxing fans because y'all hate with no regard of the sport what so ever and it's sickening. Cotto fought hard and made Floyd show us just how great he actually is. Stop ****ing hating, watch the fight with no noise and you'll realize yes cottos jab may have. Bloodied Floyd's nose but he didn't land it as much as you Floyd haters try to say and the fight was not as close as y'all try to make it

People once again, the score cards were accurate. Stop allowing your hate for fmj to make inaccurate bull**** statements. Cotto fought hard yes, but really only won 3 rds at the most. The only definite rd won by cotto was rd 8 which he landed more. And please learn this if you're gonna try to call yourself a boxing fan. You can't win rds when you don't dictate the pace and don't land more then the guy is landing on you...simple right, yeah I know. Floyd dictated the pace the entire fight and he landed more in every freakin round but the 8th. So STOP saying the fight was closer then the judges made it out. You can't ****in win rds just because you're doing better then people thought. You morons are crazy

That was a good highlight... even though some Mayweather fans probably won't like it as much as I did.


1 thing I don't like about Mayweather are his combinations. They look slow and unnatural.

the video was terrible. it didnt portray the fight accurately at all but mainly the music was just terrible, that wouldve ruined any highlight.

when most fighters throw combinations they just let their hands go, they think 3-4 punches at a time. floyd thinks one punch at a time, then he stops momentarily to see if something is coming back and where the openings are. hes really just throwing single shots in rapid succession, thats why it looks like that.

when he was younger he let his hands go for real, threw 3-4 punches together without stopping to evaluate. those combinations were a thing of beauty.
