I doubt Cotto comes back this soon. He has not fought with that few months apart in a number of years. Add to that he is coming off of a loss and that he had a record pay day for him I don't expect to see him in the ring in September. I say he fights at the end of the year at the earliest.

Good point, it probably had as much to do with Arum in the past than anything. Now that Cotto is on his own he can take any fight he wants.
