man, i can't imagine a small fighter surviving that relentless pressure displayed by marg in that fight. pacquiao launched thousands of bombs on marg's face and body, but marg kept on coming. that's the only reasonable defense you could apply in that kind of fight, which is relentless offense, which also means you have to have the stamina of a horse. clinching and holding won't matter if you're small. i watched that fight tens of times and i can't imagine bradley, marquez, berto, or even pbf displaying the same skill as pac in that fight.

You wont answer because if weight is a risk for one its a risk for all. Hence, floyd took the same risks manny has.

You dont care either way. Long as you can hate floyd and blow manny your happy.
you mention speed only when it suits you just like your fellow pbf fans.

this debate will end if only your boy starts growing balls and fight the midget from asia. seems he's still not ready to challenge himself and fight pacman.

You still havent answered the question. Manny's advantage over Margarito was speed, and, as such, he was a huge favorite going in. ALl I did was asnwer your question.

There is no debate here. Either size disadvantage is a rsik for every fighter or it isn't. SImple.

you even haven't mentioned height advantage. but that's okay.

but nobody would disagree with you about pac's speed advantage. he used it in the marg fight to survive and win. we've seen it displayed in it's magnificence and living color in that marg fight. it's not like those speed punches landed on thin air. most of them reached their targets. lots of them were real bombs. i mean bombs that could destroy a whole city. you see where i'm going with this?

AND the surprising thing was margarito was still up fighting. he didn't go down. MEANING, the guy in front of pacquiao was truly a monster. he's not what they call shot, weight-drained and all that crap. OTHERWISE, he would have hit the canvas in the early rounds.

any small fighter wouldn't have survived.

I didn't mention height because Bob said Marg at 5'11 wasn't too tall. He did say DImitry Salita at 5'11 was too tall for Manny. SO should we still mention height?

SO lets say height is. if it is, Baldo, ODH, and SHane were taller than Floyd I believe. So its back to the same point, either its an advantage for both or none.

SO its the same thing, either they both took risks or niether did. Your choice.

He will retire, and then come back, and then retire again, and come back again.

                And then once more.

exactly. does anyone know how many times floyd has 'retired'

If you read the quote he said if he wants to retire he will, if not then he wont... so this basically tells us nothing.

Yeah the "writer" of the article just used selective text to attract people to read and comment. He said if he wants to fight he'll fight and if he wants to retire he'll do just that. The title is misleading, especially since most people here don't even read the articles and just comment on the article title like morons.

Yes, Mayweather is entitled to certain moves like ducking and dodging.
