Cotto destroyed him, it wasn't even close. 117-111 for Cotto. Larry Merchant was drunk as usual and Jimmy was smoking crack with steward.

He mentioned all of Floyd's adjustments, but failed to mention Cotto's defensive adjustment towards Floyd's right hand.

I remember he said the right hand was the punch that was giving Miguel problems then a few rounds later said that the right hand never really gave Cotto problems at all during the fight.

I think Steward has some vindictive issues.

Stewart is pretty funny..He tends to go with the tide and flip flop..Always funny to hear him give about 5 different conditions and not pick one and when one is right hes says "its just like i said" or "i was afraid this might happen"..I rather listen to hiim then these other commentators though..Was hilarious to hear them call Floyd a defensive genius after Cotto would land 3 shots on the ropes and Mayweather throw 5 and land one.

The operators key in the different punches as they happen, collecting punch counts and hit percentages along the way.

Mayweathers operator was trigger happy and Cottos was blind..

Watched the fight with the volume down because I can't stand listening to the colonel, he talks so much and so fast I couldn't understand what he was saying. After the fight I thought Cotto won because like you said he was more active and landed more, Mayweather I thought was hitting Cotto's gloves with the high guard.

Then I get into the forum and all I read is how Mayweather dominated. Just unreal. Then I watched the replay and I'm hearing commentators BS, I didn't realize how these guys can actually affect how someone sees a fight.

What alot of people dont notice is HBO uses the same judges over n over and if u research some of them and they all have had questionable scoring in the past. For example Judge Robert Hoyle 118-110 and Dave Moretti 117-111 are two of the same judges from Marquez vs Pac 3 last november judge Dave Moretti scored it 115-113 for Pacquiao and judge Robert Hoyle scored it 114-114 guess they take turns on whos going to be on the extremem side lol

Malignaggi, who was ringside, said the cards were "ridiculous."

I saw the same thing on TV.

                Compubox gets ignored.

When they are doing the reply of the 3rd round highlights Cotto landed like 4 body shots cleanly and Emmanuel Steward was talking about how floyd wasnt getting hit and shiiitt, same with Merchant in the rest of the fight. It was disgusting watching replay's of Cotto landing and the HBO comentators talking about jerking off and how Floyd walks on water.

Cotto landed more that 80 body shots in that fight and landed way more overall that what compubox counted. And Floyd landed way less than what they said, most them punches where cought by Cotto's gloves.

I Had Floyd winning 116-112 cuz Miguel lost the last 3 rounds, by doing nothing, but after 8 rounds that was a very even fight. Most rounds where close and very competitive, the only round Miguel looked out of it was the 12th. People Saying Floyd dominated dont know shiiit on how to score or what they where watching. Floyd did man up, fought his heart out and won a very competitive well deserve descision.
I'm happy some feels this way too,, to me Floyd won the fight by winning the last round convincingly,,the fight seemed really close to me and after i
Watched it again it seemes even closer. Compubox was not counting cottos punches land jus because everybody says Floyd is so hard to hit. Cotto busted his snot box and his mouth. Cotto showed true grit in this fight and Pedro even told him it was even going into the 12th. I would have been pissed too when the final scores were reAd. I always thought close rounds usually go to the champ
Who was cotto,,, I guess these are the drawbacks of fighting in Floyd's home,,, why would the Vegas judges judge against Floyd when he generates so much bread for Vegas. Floyd won the fight point blank,, but the bias and **** ridin by the networks and fan boys is ruining the sport I love,,, much love and respect to Miguel and Floyd who both fought like the ring kings there were billed as. Peace

He had Cotto as the favorite to win the fight. Get over it. Your boy lost.

I thought the judges were spot on. Cotto won 3 rounds max.
