When they are doing the reply of the 3rd round highlights Cotto landed like 4 body shots cleanly and Emmanuel Steward was talking about how floyd wasnt getting hit and shiiitt, same with Merchant in the rest of the fight. It was disgusting watching replay's of Cotto landing and the HBO comentators talking about jerking off and how Floyd walks on water.

Cotto landed more that 80 body shots in that fight and landed way more overall that what compubox counted. And Floyd landed way less than what they said, most them punches where cought by Cotto's gloves.

I Had Floyd winning 116-112 cuz Miguel lost the last 3 rounds, by doing nothing, but after 8 rounds that was a very even fight. Most rounds where close and very competitive, the only round Miguel looked out of it was the 12th. People Saying Floyd dominated dont know shiiit on how to score or what they where watching. Floyd did man up, fought his heart out and won a very competitive well deserve descision.

I've stated the same thing in several of Floyd's fights.

Dude will just start moving his elbows and shoulders and when those punches land, most just give him the benefit of the doubt and call them either misses or blocked shots.

Both compubox and HBO are guilty of it, and your not the only one who has noticed or even spoke on this very topic.

      My apologies.

I thought that the Compubox was overly generous to Floyd as well.

I remember halfway through the 5th round the Compubox ticker came up with the current punch count for the round and Floyd was up 10-3 with 1 minute left in the round. I hadn't seen Floyd throw a single clean punch that round and yet he was beating Cotto by so many?

I think there must've been some big Floyd fans in the Compubox booth when both men were landing half-blocked punches, but only Floyd's were counted.

Tinfoil hat aside... Compubox sucks ass and should never be used as the only measure of a fight.

And how about Lampley OVERREACTING TO ALL OF COTTO PUNCHES?
My personal favorite was what Lampley said about Mayweather near the end of the 11th, "great left hook, just missed".....

Okay, so according to compubox, Mayweather landed 179 and Cotto 105. If you guys truly think compubox is inaccurate, what kind of numbers do you think were actually landed?

Now that he mentions anything about Cotto it's cause he's mad he got fired. Lol what a load of crap!!
