If people want to compare the Pac vs Cotto to this fight, as if thats an argument. I'll help them. Marquez won against Pacquiao in their 3rd bout. Mayweather beat Marquez by a long shot, AFTER a 18 month layoff #Justsaying. Mayweather fought Cotto in a different way. Instead of hitting and dodging and getting his opponent frustrated. He chose to stand right in front of him and go. The fact that he still was as successful and win almost every round, while landing more power punches says a lot about May's skills. If he would of fought Cotto the same way he normally fights, he would've knocked him out...

Cotto won , vegas decision.....Floyd didnt silence anyone tonight just made the criticisms against him louder......... sorry performance by a sorry personality..... every time mayweather got hit it seemed he was dying, cotto mostley was completley unfazed by mayweathers punches, and also landed the more hurtful ones, a victory of sorts for Puerto Rico,defintely exposed mayweather.

It sucks to be a Mexican and Puerto Rican. I know. Suck it up.

Ummm, none of those guys fight anything like Pacquiao. For starters let's mention the obvious that all 3 are naturally bigger than Mayweather. 2 of them have great jabs which is not Pacquiao's bread and buter.

Mayweather-Pacquiao will look nothing like these because it is highly unlikely he will allow the smaller fighter to physically bulldoze him around the ring. That would also require Pacquiao to have decent infighting skills which would also be out of character for Pacquiao. If Pac is gonna beat Mayweather to the punch all night then so be it. But it would be a new revelation rather than anything resembling any tough outinng Mayweather has ever had.
