you're completely guided by the hbo broadcast crew.... 1 cut was ruled and shown to be accidental and the other was shown and proved to be caused by a hopkins lead left hand........
and as for getting outclassed, I have to say you know nothing about bboxing ring generalship as well as the nuances of an offensive defense. hopkins picked off a lot of dawson's shots, as well as made him miss, also, chad was getting credit for everything he threw, not matter how ineffective, all the while I was watching hopkins land cleanly and compubox rang up nothing, that was clear as day to see during the rounds, and the broadcast crew FAILED miserably to report on any of hopkins success inside the ring..... not to mention, eddie cotton is one of the worst refs of all time, a guy who will NEVER LET FIGHTERS FIGHT ON THE INSIDE AND WHO ALWAYS STOPS THE FIGHT ACTION IF THE FIGHTERS EVEN GET CLOSE TO ONE ANOTHER, just watch ALL of cotton's fights, he's a ****ing joke to say the least.
but look at dawson at the end of the fight, did he look like someone who felt he won the fight, i don't think so, he looked discouraged, he looked embarrassed in knowing what happened and what he has to now say after getting the nod. all dawson did was suck hopkins d!ck after the fight, he was damn near speechless......
and how can anyone not say SET UP, with DAWSON calling out WARD!!!!!! hhhmmm two gary shaw fighters!?!?!?
isn't there better fights for dawson??? idk, maybe try and avenge the loss to pascal? idk, maybe fight someone IN HIS OWN DIVISION, how classic is it for DAWSON to call out the SMALLER FIGHTER!?!?!
chad dawson won because they're going to try and bank on him, which they couldn't do with hopkins, whether hopkins is young or old, because hopkins is a man who actually sticks to his game plan(s).......
bottom line, dawson did nothing to TAKE the belt..... i am pretty much done with boxing, it might as well be WWE....
