well, Frazier fought Ali and Foreman at around 220 at the end of his career, but even the 205 pounds version of Frazier has a 20 pounds advantage against almost anybody on the list.
And Tyson was around 218 pounds in his prime

Sam Langford. Underrated in my eyes due to the fact that he was never able to obtain a title. 5 ft 6 1⁄2 in. & over 150 wins.

        TS: great idea
Personally I think they get a tad over-rated for what they did in the HW division as they were so good in the others...

Not all at HW though, by the time he hit HW he was old and packing a little weight. In reality he was more of a small Cruiserweight as well.

No argument with Tyson averaging about 218. Frazier averaged about 205 in his prime though. My point is weight advantages don't dictate the outcomes of fights. I'd pick both over most to, but based on their style. If size dictated outcomes Langford wouldn't have neat Wills, Dempsey wouldn't have beat Willard, Brewster over Wlad and so on. History has proven great fighters are capable of overcoming size alone. Out of prime Frazier and Tyson are much less formidable in spite of the added weight.

Do you think the we will see another heavyweight champ under 6ft or about 200lbs then in the future?

No. Heavyweight skills have deteriorated and fighters don't seem to want to put the work in or fight often enough to learn their trade. Instead of working on skills and training down to their best weight they prefer the easy route. If a dedicated fighter like a young Tyson or Frazier did come along I have little doubt they'd be top contenders if not outright champions.
